"Rausch" Restaurant is a concept created by the renowned chefs Jorge and Mark Rausch, who have brought their exquisite signature dishes to Panama.

The Rausch brothers are the owners of the "Criterion" and "Allán" restaurants, in Bogotá, Colombia, which have been awarded with the 5 Diamond Stars - granted by The American Academy of Hospitality Science - 3 years in a row. They have also been awarded with the "La Barra 2011", as the best chefs in Colombia.
